PUBLIC NOTICE

            The Commissioners Court of Gonzales County, Texas will meet in regular session Monday, March 22, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom, Courthouse, 414 St. Joseph Street, Gonzales, Texas to act upon the following agenda:

1.      Approve the minutes of the March 8, 2010 Commissioners Court Meeting and the March 15, 2010 Special Called Commissioners Court Meeting.

2.      Tax Assessor-Collector’s Monthly report.

3.      Treasurer’s Monthly Report.

4.      Auditor’s Monthly Report.

5.      Consider with action Pipeline Permit for EOG Resources – CR294, Pct. #1.

6.      Receive 2009 Racial Profile Report – Sheriff’s Department.

7.      Approve Resolution declaring April 1, 2010 as “Census Day” in Gonzales County.

8.      Approve Resolution declaring April as “County Government Month” in Gonzales County.

9.      Approve County Veteran Service Officer attendance at Annual Spring Conference Training Seminar March 29-April 1, 2010.

10. Request permission to hire part time clerk – JP#3.

11. Consider and approve budget amendments.

12. Public Comments.

13. Read and approve bills.
