PUBLIC NOTICE
 
            The Commissioners Court of Gonzales County, Texas will meet in regular session Monday, April 12, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom, Courthouse, 414 St. Joseph Street, Gonzales, Texas to consider, discuss, pass or take other action on such items of business as are deemed necessary, including the following:
 
OPEN SESSION:
1.      Announce executive session to consult with Attorney regarding potential or contemplated litigation, or the possible settlement of such litigation pursuant to Subchapter 551.071 Texas Government Code, providing for consultation with Attorney.
 
2.      Announce executive session to discuss personnel matter pursuant to Subchapter 551.074 Texas Government Code.
 
CLOSED SESSION:
1.      Consult with attorney Robert T. “Bob” Bass with the firm of Allison, Bass & Associates, LLP regarding pending or contemplated litigation. Closed session held in accordance with Texas Government Code Subchapter 551.071, Consultations between Governmental Body and Its Attorney.
 
2.      Discuss OSSF Inspector position and performance.
 
OPEN SESSION:
1.      Take action, if necessary, on closed session matters, including the authorization of legal counsel to pursue such legal remedies as may be justified by applicable law to protect the discretionary and legislative functions of the Commissioners Court of Gonzales County, Texas.
 
2.      Take action, if necessary, regarding position of OSSF Inspector and related performance.
           
OPEN SESSION:
1.      Approve the minutes of the March 22, 2010 Commissioners Court Meeting.
2.      Auditor’s Monthly Report.
3.      Discuss with action Oil & Gas Lease – Riley-Huff Energy Group, LLC.
4.      Discuss and take action regarding application for Exception to Gonzales County Subdivision Rules.
5.      Receive O.S.S.F. Inspector reports.
6.      Consider and approve USDA Natural Resources Conservation Services (NRCS) Proclamation declaring April 27, 2010 as Conservation Day in Gonzales County.
7.      Discuss with action adding county buildings to county insurance policy.
8.      Discuss with action application for Pipeline Permit for CR192, Pct. # 1 – E.O.G. Resources.
9.      Discuss and take action on Order extending CR1411, Precinct #4.
10. Receive petition requesting abandonment and vacating of a portion of old CR121, Precinct #4,  and authorize posting of twenty day notice.
11. Consider and approve budget amendments.
12. Public Comments.
13. Read and approve bills.
