PUBLIC NOTICE

            The Commissioners Court of Gonzales County, Texas will meet in regular session Monday, May 10, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom, Courthouse, 414 St. Joseph Street, Gonzales, Texas to act upon the following agenda:

1.      Approve the minutes of the April 26 Commissioners Court Meeting and the April 26 Special Called Commissioners Court Meeting.

2.      Receive monthly report – Constable, Pct. #1.

3.      Approve deputation – District Clerk.

4.      Receive report from the Gonzales County Historical Commission – Bob Burchard, Chairperson.

5.      Discuss with action request for part-time clerk – Justice of the Peace, Pct. #3.

6.      Discuss with action Order Vacating and Abandoning a portion of CR121 – Pct. #4.

7.      Discuss with action contracting for interim septic system inspections.

8.      Discuss with action scheduling interviews for OSSF/Floodplain candidates.

9.      Consider and approve budget amendments.

10. Discuss with action renewal of maintenance service agreement – Gonzales County Jail.

11. Public Comments.

12. Read and approve bills.
