The Commissioners Court of
Gonzales County, Texas will meet in regular session Monday, June 28, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the
Commissioners Courtroom, Courthouse, 414 St. Joseph Street, Gonzales, Texas to act upon the
following agenda:
1. Approve the minutes of the June 14, 2010, Commissioners Court
Meeting.
2.
3. Tax Assessor-Collector’s Monthly Report
4. Designate the Tax Assessor-Collector as the person to
calculate the effective, rollback, and sales tax rates for Gonzales County for 2010.
5. Treasurer’s Monthly Report.
6. Receive presentation – Computer Command, Victoria,
Texas.
7. Consider with action Resolution and Waiver Request Letter
regarding bridge at Gelhorn Creek on Gonzales CR363, Pct. #2 – TxDOT.
8. Discuss with action Registration of Subdivision Exception
Form.
9. Declare two (2) Ford Expeditions as surplus vehicles and
authorize sale at auction. – Sheriff.
10. Discuss with action sale of 2004 Expedition to the City of Nixon.
11. Consider and approve budget amendments.
12. Public Comments
13. Read and approve bills.
