Special Called Commissioners Court Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE

            The Commissioners Court of Gonzales County, Texas will meet in a Special Called Meeting Thursday, July 1, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom, Courthouse, 414 St. Joseph Street, Gonzales, Texas to act upon the following agenda:

1.      Discuss with action Interlocal Agreement with Workforce Solutions Golden Crescent.

2.      Discuss with action hiring of parttime clerk through Workforce Solutions  Golden Crescent – JP#3.

3.      Declaration of two vehicles as surplus equipment – Sheriff.

4.      Authorize sale of surplus vehicle to City of Nixon.

5.      Authorize sale of vehicle by public auction in accordance with Local Government Code 263.151.
