Commissioners Court Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE

            The Commissioners Court of Gonzales County, Texas will meet in regular session Monday, July 12, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom, Courthouse, 414 St. Joseph Street, Gonzales, Texas to act upon the following agenda:

1.      Approve the minutes of the June 28, 2010 Commissioners Court Meeting and the July 1, 2010 Called Commissioners Court Meeting.

2.      Approve deputation – Sheriff.

3.      Consider with action Pipeline Permit, CR 192 – Pct. #1

4.      Discuss with action establishment of Cemetery Authority – Ken Mosher.

5.      Discuss with action 2011 Optional County Road and Bridge Fees.

6.      Update bereavement policy on bereavement leave.

7.      Receive resignation of board member and appoint individual to fill vacancy – Gonzales County Archives & Records Center Board.

8.      Authorize sale of surplus vehicles at auction – Sheriff.

9.      Consider and approve budget amendments.

10. Public Comments.

11. Read and approve bills.
