PUBLIC NOTICE

            The Commissioners Court of Gonzales County, Texas will meet in regular session Monday, July 26, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom, Courthouse, 414 St. Joseph Street, Gonzales, Texas to act upon the following agenda:

1.      Open Public Hearing concerning amendments to the Gonzales County OSSF Order.

2.      Approve the minutes of the July 12, 2010 Commissioners Court Meeting and the July 19, 2010 Special Called Commissioners Court Meeting.

3.      Tax Assessor-Collector’s Monthly Report.

4.      Receive V.I.T. (Vehicle Inventory Tax) and Chapter 19 Budgets.

5.      Treasurer’s Monthly Report.

6.      Receive report on the Gonzales County Revolving Loan Fund –  GCRPC.

7.      Receive presentation Golden Crescent Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) – Tim Hornback, Executive Director.

8.      Discuss creation of Cemetery Authority & take possible action.

9.      Discuss Gonzales County Bereavement Policy and take any necessary action.

10. Approve deputation – Sheriff’s Department.

11. Approve Election Judges & Alternates for 2010-2012 term.

12. Discuss with action Certificate of Exception from Gonzales County Subdivision Rules.

13. Consider and approve Victoria County Juvenile Detention Contract.

14. Request permission to purchase two (2) 2010 Chevrolet Pickups on state contract - Sheriff.

15. Close Public Hearing re OSSF Amendments.

16. Adopt proposed amendments to the Gonzales County OSSF Order.

17. Consider and approve budget amendments.

18. Public Comments.

19. Read and approve bills.

20. Review 2010-2011 Budget Requests.
