Commissioners Court Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Commissioners Court of Gonzales County, Texas, will meet in regular session Monday, December 12, 2011, at 9:00 A.M. in the Commissioners Courtroom, Courthouse, 414 St. Joseph St., Gonzales, Texas to act upon the following agenda:

1.         Approve the minutes of November 28, 2011, Commissioners Court Meeting and the        December 6, 2011, Special Called Commissioners Court Meeting.

2.         Tax Assessor-Collector’s Monthly Report.

3.         Receive update regarding Gonzales County Revolving Loan Fund procedures and take      necessary action – Danny Long, GCRPC.

4.         Discuss with action relocation of Precinct #2 voting precinct site.

 5.        Approve resolution for a joint primary.

6.         Discuss with action parking of tractor trailer rigs at annex.

7.         Discuss with action insurance values for old jail.

8.         Discuss with action seismic work permit Seitel Data – Precinct #1.

9.         Discuss with action order prohibiting fireworks.

10.       Consider and approve budget amendments.

           

11.       Public Comments.

12.       Read and approve bills.
