The Commissioners Court of
Gonzales County, Texas will meet in regular session Monday, February 8, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the
Commissioners Courtroom, Courthouse, 414 St. Joseph Street, Gonzales, Texas to act upon the
following agenda:
1. Approve the minutes of the January 25, 2010 Commissioners
Court Meeting and the January 29, 2010 Special Called Commissioners Court Meeting.
2. Auditor’s Monthly Report.
3. Appoint individual to the Gonzales County Records Center and
Archives Board to fill unexpired term – Pct. #3, Seat 2.
4. Consider with action resolution in support of City of
Gonzales grant application for solid waste management.
5. Approve Sole Source Justification purchase of two used
tractor trucks. - Pct. #4.
6. Declare used tractor trucks as surplus equipment. – Pct.
#4.
7. Authorize sale of two used tractor trucks on GovDeal. – Pct.
#4.
8. Consider and approve budget amendments.
9. Public Comments.
10. Read and approve bills.
