PUBLIC NOTICE

            The Commissioners Court of Gonzales County, Texas will meet in regular session Monday, February 22, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom, Courthouse, 414 St. Joseph Street, Gonzales, Texas to act upon the following agenda:

• 1.      Approve the minutes of the February 8, 2010 Commissioners Court Meeting and the February 16, 2010 Special Called Commissioners Court Meeting.
• 2.      Tax Collector’s Monthly Report.
• 3.      Treasurer’s Monthly Report.
• 4.      Receive presentation 2010 Census – Art Ramirez, Census Bureau.
• 5.      Receive presentation re historical signs and take possible action. – Donald Hoffman, Nixon Rancho Historical Society.
• 6.      Consider and approve budget amendments.
• 7.      Public Comments.
• 8.      Read and approve bills.
