PUBLIC NOTICE

            The Commissioners Court of Gonzales County, Texas will meet in regular session Monday, March 8, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom, Courthouse, 414 St. Joseph Street, Gonzales, Texas to act upon the following agenda:

1.      Approve the minutes of the February 22, 2010 Commissioners Court Meeting.

2.      Approve deputation – Sheriff’s Office.

3.      Receive resignation – County Surveyor.

4.      Receive order appointing Gonzales County Auditor for two year term.

5.      Receive racial profile report for 2009 – Constable Pct. #4.

6.      Discuss with action purchase of two historical signs.

7.      Discuss with action county purchasing plan.

8.      Receive petition requesting extension of CR1411 – Pct. #4.

9.      Consider and approve budget amendments.

10. Public Comments.

11. Read and approve bills.
