Special Called Commissioners Court Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE

            The Commissioners Court of Gonzales County, Texas will meet in a Special Called Meeting Monday, March 15, 2010, at 8:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom, Courthouse, 414 St. Joseph Street, Gonzales, Texas to act upon the following agenda:

1.      Approve Sole Source Justification purchase of a used 2006 Peterbilt truck – Pct. #1.

2.      Approve lease contract with Xerox for copy machine – District Clerk.

3.      Discuss with action building and contents insurance coverage for Commissioner, Precinct #2, office and Constable, Precinct #3, office.

4.      Public Comments.

5.      Read and approve bills.
