CDBG-DR2017 Flood Allocation Buyout Program(Request for Release of Funds)
The Texas Workforce Commission
("TWC") is the entity responsible for enforcing the Fair Housing Act
in the State of Texas. You have one year after an alleged violation to file a
complaint, but you should file it as soon as possible. Go to https://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/fair-housing/complaint-how-to.htm to file a complaint.
Housing Assistance Buyout Program: Gonzales County is reaching out to it's citizens who were affected by Hurricane Harvey and live within the floodplain and/or floodway. The County was awarded funding by the Texas General Land Office to help it's citizens whose homes were put into disrepair by the natural disaster. You may qualify for the County to buyout your home.
